How To Get Started

Simply call our office at 914-358-0036 and ask to speak to our Client Services Director to schedule your Family Wealth Planning Session.  We do have a limited number of evening appointments available to make planning as convenient as possible for you.

In order to secure your appointment, you will provide your address, phone number, email address and a credit card number.  So long as you don’t cancel your appointment within one week of your scheduled appointment, your credit card will not be charged.  If you must cancel within a week of your appointment, your credit card will still not be charged if you reschedule your appointment within 30 days of your cancellation.

What to Do Prior to Your Family Wealth Planning Session
Once your appointment is secured, we will send you a client information package by mail.  The package will include your Family Wealth Inventory and Assessment worksheet and other important information that you should review prior to your Family Wealth Planning Session.

You must complete and return your Family Wealth Inventory and Assessment worksheet to our office at least 3 days in advance of your appointment, either by mail, fax, or e-mail.  This information will give us an important general overview of your current assets and estate planning, and will allow us to thoroughly prepare for your Family Wealth Planning Session.  We assure you that we will review this before your planning session, so that none of our face-to-face time will be wasted.  That way, every minute you spend with us will be focused on meeting your estate planning needs.  Feel free to call the office at any time if you need assistance completing your worksheet, or have any other questions at all.

Finally, if you have existing estate planning documents, please make sure that we receive them at least 3 days before your Family Wealth Planning Session so that we can thoroughly review them prior to meeting with you.

Contact us to arrange your Family Wealth Planning Session at our offices in White Plains or Mount Kisco. We provide superior legal representation and complete commitment to our clients in Westchester and Putnam Counties.
